Rental Fees for most budgets
Kitchen rentals are hourly, and there are discounts for higher rates of usage. For hourly rentals, a minimum rental period of four hours is expected.
Rates vary based on which kitchen, storage requirements, and volume of usage.
Kitchens can be combined for classes and for large projects, and arrangements can be made for special projects.
We can accommodate food tours, food campaigns, and high-intensity usage.
Rental Requirements
To be able to rent kitchen space, someone on your team must have
- Food Handler Manager Certificate
- Certificate of Insurance
- Business licenses and permits are needed based on your industry
A security deposit is required to rent the kitchen, and scheduled kitchen time must be paid for in advance.
Conduct in Our Spaces
Management reserves the right to rent or deny rental to any party for any reason.
Messiness in cleanup, payment issues, failure to be cordial to and get along with management and tenants, and regulatory and other issues are relevant.
Cherry Street Kitchen expects high standards of conduct to be followed at all times. Rentals are made without regard to race, religion, or gender.

Storage Options
Loading is easy in this 1-story building. There are two wide doors suitable for loading.
This will allow multiple loading/ unloading to occur such as having an ingredient delivery at the same time as a caterer loads her truck for an event.
Storage options for kitchen tenants include:
- Shelf space storage.
- Storage carts.
- Pallet storage. This is excellent for ingredients and finished products.
- Equipment storage.
- Refrigerated and freezer storage.
- Walk-In Cooler and Walk-In Freezer.
